Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by AdamsLocal LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

AdamsLocal LLC provides landing page design and development services for businesses. Our services include custom landing page creation, SEO optimization, and related digital marketing services as agreed upon in individual project contracts.

Project Terms

• Project scope, timeline, and pricing will be outlined in a separate agreement
• Payment terms are 50% deposit to begin, 50% upon completion (unless otherwise agreed)
• Revisions within scope are included; additional revisions may incur extra charges
• You retain ownership of your content; we retain ownership of our code and processes

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for your project
• Respond to requests for feedback and approval in a timely manner
• Ensure you have rights to all content you provide (images, text, logos)
• Pay invoices according to agreed terms

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the delivered work for your business purposes. We may retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, etc.) are subject to their respective licenses.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdamsLocal LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment for all work completed to date. We will provide all completed deliverables upon receipt of final payment.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
